Welcome to the Labor Commissioner‘s online Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) licensing application process. This online system is a convenient alternative to applying in person or by mail. It will allow you to set up an account with a password to complete your application. You will also be able to save your application throughout the process, pay fees online, and submit the application when all required documents are completed and attached.
If the online application was completed last year, please use the same user name and password. Applicants who applied in person or by mail last year, please email us to receive instruction on how to renew online this year. Please include the applicant's FLC license number and contact information in the email to
